No cons--except the shoes aren't free!, Rip off!

Returned shoes on my own dime because two requests failed to get me the famous "free returns" shipping label. The shoes have a flaw in the stitching that prevent me from being able to wear them without pain. I just received the shoes back from Shoebuy.com. They claim they had been worn (I wore them in my house for about 2 hours) and have "scuffed heels". Indeed there are scuffs on the heels that I know I didn't put there. I would have noticed! Looks like someone took the right shoe and rubbed it against the left heel. I also don't understand why I never received a shipping label after being told twice that it would be sent to me. It's not a problem with my email address as I get all of the advertisements from Shoebuy.com (which I will be blocking from now on!) No, I will never shop at Shoebuy.com again. Zappos.com is a little higher but I have never had problems with returns. And everyone knows that shoe buying online requires sometimes returning the shoes. Zappos, here I come!
