Terrible services and products; NOT recommended. Money was for nothing. Used these folks several times and had to have them return each time to complete or correct the job. Last straw was their carpet cleaning. The stains came back, We called them & they told us someone would come out. No one EVER showed or called. THIS COMPANY SUX!

You should read their service policy, they state that they do not guarantee the workmanship of contractors. If the contractor did not show up you should call service magic and if that doesn't work then call the Better Business Bureau. Ron

Yes and Service Magic should stand behind the contractors they recommend and utilize. I've had better luck picking blindly from the yellow pages than I did with these people. The whole reason I used Service Magic was because I thought they would provide me with verified quality and superior service. That is exactly what their ads imply. Next time, I'll just use the yellow pages.
