Great Sears exercise Bike, I really like the height of the seat, I am also allowed to stand on the pedals, which I do to stregthen my legs for cross country biking. This bike is awesome and well used in my fitness center. I would recommened it to all of my exercisers for a home bike. I bought the bike for use at home in front of the T.V, becasue of Michigan winters it is hard to do anything out side. I started with only 20 minutes and I am now at 1 to 2 hours, it is also a great stress reliever. The bike is durable, I am not a 100lb woman, but it supports my weight even while standing.
