Since receiving my new notebook last summer, I have not enjoyed trying to use Windows Vista. I do not feel that all the changes from Xp to Vista are improvements. Changes were not all needed and will cause an increase in training in order to use the operating system software. I do not think companies will move to Vista like they did to XP...

the notebook operates as required, but when I have had to contact tech support, it is not always effective. It is not as effective as it was several years ago. If I have a major problem, I'm not sure that they can provide me effective support....

I have had a continues problem since receiving it summer 2007 with my wireless mobile card. I have replaced it and had my hard drive replace because of other problems. I have mixed opinion about their tech support. I could never get somebody to out to check my computer out to find what was the cause of my problems. Dell tech support is lacking....
