There are only two cosmetics that really wow me currently, and this is absolutely one of them, the other being Diorshow mascara waterproof formula. When applied to well moisturized, exfoliated skin, my skin looks amazing! It's like magic! I look younger and more vibrant. It gives a very smooth, seamless, luminous look. I remember I read somewhere that makeup artists like to use this one on actors--I think some members of Sex In The City wore this foundation. That being said, I do have to warn you that if you do not get the right color match, or if you apply it too heavily or onto skin that hasn't been properly "prepared," it will not look as good--as with any foundation. It can showcase your flakes if you haven't exfoliated. Another thing is that since I like to apply it onto a well moisturized face, being somewhat on the oily side, I do get a bit shiny later in the day. However, all this is worth it to me, because I haven't found anything that matches this foundation's...... Nothing too drastic though, but I guess I'm comparing it to more powerful pills I have tried.  What I do notice the most is that when taken 30 minutes prior to my workouts, for some reason I can work out longer and harder than normal--I don't get exhausted as quickly. The pills are kind of big and red and taste like a piece of hot chili pepper. I only take this once a day, as the one time I took it twice I felt sick.  I do find it difficult to fall asleep on days I have taken this.  No jitters though....
