I have tried many panic and anxiety medications and I have found that for me,personally,as well as my grandmother we have had the best results with Xanax. It calms me down from even severe panic or anxiety attacks almost immediately.

I have taken seroquel for many years now for bi-polar disorder and anxiety as well.I find that for my anxiety it doesn't work as well as it does for my Bi-polar but all in all it is a good medication,and also helps insomnia sufferers.Be advised though it does have the potency to knock you out with in a half hour even in low dosages.It also helps you stay asleep without the grogginess of most sleep aids....

The whole Green tea and hoodia thing got my attention,especially the lose 20lbs fast...Too bad its a big lie.There's no energy gained from it and even with a good diet and exercise it didn't work in my opinion,there was absolutely no change on the scale a big disappointment....

I love all the Alex Cross Books And this is by far the best. James Patterson Did Not dissapoint with this book.I cannot wait to see what kinda of trouble comes Alex's way next. These books definetley keep me on the edge of my seat and this one kept my up two nights straight to finish it because once you start it its really hard to even try and put it down....

It was a good book,But i was really kind of disappointed by the way it ends I really hope Jk rowlings ends up doing at least another Harry Potter book....
