I don't know if there is enough space to say everything I need to say about Patti's. I have tried many other places and I've never experienced anything like Patti's.

Patti's 1880's Settlement is located in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. It is about 25 miles southeast of Paducah, KY, on I-24. The drive is about 2 1/2 hours from my home in southern Illinois, but we make the trip at least twice a year, or sometimes more if we have something special to celebrate.

Nestled in a nook across from the Kentucky Lake Harbor, Patti's is surrounded by beautiful landscape, gardens, and water features. While you are waiting for your table, you can shop the specialty gift shops that line the garden like a tiny village. If you stop by earlier in the day, you can enjoy the rock-climbing wall, remote control boats, games in the arcade, or play a round of minature golf. Children can play on the outdoor play or pets some animals.

So I didn't jump onto the 30 Rock bandwagon until the second season. Even after I had heard about all of the Emmy nominations, I still didn't make it a priority to watch it. After my friend went on and on about it, I was like "Fine! I'll watch it so you'll shut up!" OH MY GOSH!! It is SOOO funny!

I had to go back and rent the first season on DVD to get caught up with the characters and the story line. 30 Rock stands for 30 Rockefeller Center, where the variety show, TGS, is taped. Liz Lemon(Tina Fey) is the producer and her boss is Jack Donoghy (Alec Balwin). The main cast members are Tracey Jordan (Tracey Morgan) and Jenna Moroney (Jane Krowkowski) are always at each others throats about something and Liz Lemon has to focus on keep them in line each episode. I love that TGS is pretty much a spoof of Saturday Night Live, and most of the guest characters on 30 Rock are Saturday Night Live cast members.

I have tried many eye-makeup removers in the past. Some claim to be "oil-free" but have left me feeling like I'm rolling in a frying pan. And then there are the cream eye makeup removers that feel good, but blur my vision for the rest of the night. Neither will do!

When I'm searching for an eye makeup remover, there are two things that I look for: 1) Can it remove the make-up quickly and easily? 2) Can it do so without leaving an oily residue?I think that Mary Kay eye makeup remover fulfills both of these needs!

I have had problems with other eye makeup removers seeping into my eyes and clouding up my contacts. The Mary Kay brand has a very clean feel to it, and doesn't do this. Not only does it take off the eye makeup in one swipe, I don't feel like I've rubbed a bunch of cooking oil on my face! The eye makeup remover is even moisturizing and leaves the delicate skin around my eyes feeling soft.

I think Mary Kay is a good choice for any woman that wants a quality eye makeup remover!...

My daughter has a Nintendo DS, and she's always excited to try new games. I grew up playing Mario, so when she bought New Super Mario Bros. with her birthday money, I was just about as excited as she was to try it out!

Similar to the original Mario Bros., you navigate Mario and his buddy Luigi through fun-filled lands to save the princess. There are some classics, like the mushroom that makes you grow bigger but there are also some new twists. A tiny blue mushroom will make you smaller and very lightweight. There is also a jumbo mushroom (my daughter calls it mumbo jumbo, but I can't recall the real name of it) that makes Mario huge when he eats it. Mario can stop on everything, bust through walls, knock down tubes, and shake the earth! But hurry, because this only lasts for a short time!

Another cool feature of this game is Mario vs. Luigi. When two DS's are linked together, the opponents can go head to head on various games. Way cool!

I have used Kiss Nails for many years now. I was hesitant to try an "at home" manicure set, because I was sure I wouldn't be able to use it properly. Kiss is really simple to use and works good.

The nails come in a variety pack that has several different sizes. This is good because everyone's nails are different. Usually I can get at least two sets of nails out of each pack. For maximum wear, use the nail preparation wipe that is enclosed in the packet. This leaves your nails clean so the glue will secure the nail tighter. For a more natural look, push cuticles back with the orange stick, glue the nails as close to the nail bed as possible, and push the cuticles back over the nail just a little bit.

I'm not sure what the recommendation is on how long the nails should be worn, but I keep mine on for at least 2 weeks, and they stay secure. If you attempt to wear them longer than that, they get loose and begin to pop off.

So I'm not the type of girl to wear false eyelashes or nails everyday, but I will on special occassions. I have become a pro at applying my own false nails, but I'm still learning the skill of applying false eyelashes.

I had tried a set of false eyelashes one time before, but had a little trouble getting them to stick. This time, I bought the glue separate from the eyelashes, hoping I would get a little better quality. They were a little long, so I had to cut the ends with cuticle scissors.

Using too much glue can leave a clear (but thick) residue on the eyelid or lash, making it look matted. I used just a little bit of glue along the edge of the lashes before applying it to my line of my natural lash. I found it helpful to use the flat edge of an orange stick to help press the lash down close to my eye lid. The most problematic area was on the inner part of my eye. I am a busy mother of three, and I don't have time to use false eyelashes daily. In fact, I had never used false eye lashes before I tried this product. I decided to buy the e.l.f. eyelashes because they were less than $2 a pair. If figured that if I didn't like them, then I wasn't out too much money. Plus, the glue can be washed off and they can be reused again and again.

I used these lashes during an anniversary dinner with my husband a few months ago. The e.l.f. natural eyelash kit comes with a set of lashes and some lash glue. The directions are simple enough. Put a thin layer of glue on the edge of the lash, wait until it becomes "sticky", and press it close to the natural lash line.

I don't know if you're like me, but I have the hardest time finding the perfect kind of makeup that gives me lightweight coverage but actually evens out my skin tones. I think I've come pretty close with the maybelline Mineral powder foundation.

Although I have tried maybelline foundations before, I could never get a shade that was close to my skin tone. Granted, the mineral powder I chose is a little darker than my skin, but I took into account the fact that I am currently tanning and choosing a light color would defeat the purpose.

The product is easy to use. Just shake a little bit of the loose powder foundation into the cap. Dip the applicator brush in the foundation, tap the cap to shake off the excess, and apply in a circular motion.

I'm a bargain shopper. My local drug store had a buy one get one free sale on Maybelline cosmetics, plus I had a coupon. I chose the Maybelline finishing veil powder as my free product. It is a good compliment to the mineral...

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is one of the best cleaning products I have ever tried. No exaggeration! How do I say this without sounding really corny...it works like magic! I'm still trying to figure out how this little sponge cleans without using thick soaps or harsh chemicals.

The magic eraser comes in a 2 pk. or a 4 pk. It looks like a plain white sponge (minus the porous texture). You run it under water, squeeze out the excess, and you're ready to go. The most impressive thing about this product is the minimal amount of effort it takes to actually clean with it. You just wipe it over a surface and it's clean. No scrubbing needed. Plus it doesn't leave a soapy residue.

I have used this eraser on some of the hardest stains. Crayons on the doorframe, permanent marker on toys, scuff marks on tennis shoes (did I metion I have three kids)? I don't worry so much when my kids create a work of art for me on the refridgerator in magic marker because I know my magic eraser...

The Glade carpet and room odor eliminator is a staple when it comes to my cleaning supplies. I feel like my vacuuming is incomplete if I don't sprinkle some room freshener on the floor first.

Since I moved into my own home nine years ago, I have been using similar products to freshen the carpet in my home. Out of all of the carpet fresheners, Glade seems to last the longest and put out a stronger scent. Also, there is a wider variety of fragrances available with the Glade brand.

If I don't have time to do "deep cleaning" before a guest arrives, I will sprinkle some freshener on the carpet and run the vacuum for a few minutes. It makes it appear as though I have been cleaning all day. It freshens the room quickly.

One drawback is that the fact that the room freshener scent does not last very long. I also wish the product came in larger sizes. I seem to go through the small tube rather quickly. Perhaps that is because I use it so much.

I love trying new things, which is why I am a Bzz Agent. Bzz agents are given new products to try out, market to friends and family, and write reviews on. I was sent the scrubbing bubble action scrubber as one of my more recent campaigns.

Although I have a scrubbing bubbles automatic shower cleaner, it does not cover all of the areas that need to be cleaned in my tub/shower. I use the action scrubber about once a month to get all of the stuff that my automatic cleaner missed.

It is quite easy to use. There are disposable pads that are connected to a styrofoam handle with velcro. However, the pads do slip off if you push on the handle too hard. That is the biggest drawback of this product. Other than that, it just takes a little water to activate the cleaner in the disposable pad, and you're ready to go! You can clean the tub with little or no effort. It has a fresh, clean scent that is not overwhelming.

I am a Bzz agent, and I get to try out great new products and Bzz about them to my friends and family. I have Bzzing aout the Glade fragrance collection for about two weeks now. The candle has been used quite a bit, but since it has 26 hours of fragrance, it still has a lot of life left in it.

The scent I was given acai berry. This three wick candle can quickly fill a room with its fragrance. I wasn't crazy about the berry scent, so I will probably get a different scent for my next purchase.

I like that the candle has a specialty store quality at a bargain price. It is also convenient that this candle can be picked up at my local supermarket or mass merchandise store. It comes in an attractive package that fools my guests into thinking I paid an arm and a leg for the candle.

Overall, I was impressed with the amount of fragrance that was put out by this candle and thought it was a great buy. I will definitely recommend it to a friend and purchase another soon.

I have had the scrubbing bubbles shower cleaner for several months. As a busy mother of three, I try to cut corners while cleaning, whenever possible. The cleaner is quick to install and simple to use. It should be used daily after a shower, when the surface is wet. Just press the button and close the curtain. It gives a warning beep for 10 seconds. It then sprays a stream in a 360 degree angle around the shower.

One problem I experienced was the non-adjustable hook. I have built in shelves above the faucet in my tub, and the cleaner hangs in front of the shelves. I have to move the cleaner to the side when I am showering to keep the cleaning unit from blocking the stream of water.

Although I have not used it religiously every day, it still works good on getting the soap scum off the sides of the shower. I did notice, however, that it did not reach all of the areas of the tub and shower, so I am required to clean it by hand about once a month. However, the...

I purchased a Febreze Scent Stories disk player from drugstore.com about a month ago. It is a bit pricey ($29.99), but it is often on sale. The product looks like a CD player, therefore, it is a bit bulky and it only comes in gray, which doesn't go with the decor of my living room.

It is very easy to assemble and use. The product is already put together, so you just plug in in the adapter, insert a disc, and you are ready to go! There are three intesity settings, and there is also an option to skip to your favorite scent. When you "play" the scent, the disc will go through five different fragrances, one every thirty minutes, for a full 2 1/2 hours of smell.

When I went to get more discs at the store, I found out that they are no longer sold in retail stores. I purchased a few refills at drugstore.com and I also found some on E-Bay. Yankee Candles now sells the refill discs, but they are a little pricey.

Overall, it is a great product, but the refills are nearly impossible...

I am a mother of three girls. I have spent LOTS of money on formula during the first year of each of their lives. With my first two, I only bought the name brand formula. They took it well, and I wasn't concerned about paying a little more. Another mother recommended to use Parent's Choice Brand Formula from Wal-Mart. I was a little worried about using a generic brand of formula since this is my child's main source of nourishment. I wanted to make sure she was still getting all of the nutrients she needed. The Parent's Choice brand is comparable to the name brand formula, and the cost of a large can is nearly HALF the price of the competitor. My daughter has not had a problem with this formula. She transitioned well, and we are saving lots of money in the process!

I bought a new Graco Travel System for my youngest daughter. The snap-in base makes getting her in and out of the vehicle a breeze. However, my mother watches the baby in the day, and my previous car seat had small notches in which you could slip the seatbelt. This one does not, so for safety reasons, you have to have the base at all times. This can be inconvenient.

Because my two youngest children are so close in age, I purchased a Graco double stroller. The Graco carseat fits well in the back portion of the double stroller.

I wasn't crazy about the pattern, but I shopped around, and found that this Travel System was the best product for the money.
