<title>workingman2003 says &quot;BAD PRODUCT, DO NOT BUY HP PRODUCTS&quot; about Hewlett Packard Pavillion DV6000 Laptop</title>
      <link>http://www.viewpoints.com/Hewlett-Packard-Pavillion-DV6000-Laptop-review-4a214</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;I purchased a HP&#160; Laptop&#160;1 year and 4 months ago (4 months outside warranty), and the motherboard started to melt, burning internal peices making the Drive and the wireless card useless.&#160; I had two stores confirm that this issue was 100% the product NOT the user. &#160; To fix this issue&#160;HP wants me to pay $400, around half of what I paid for the laptop.&#160; &#160;All they said was that I was outside the warranty period and they cant do anything, I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now, and havent got anywhere with them.&#160; They tell me they will call back, they dont, they keep tellling me to wait a day, I do, they dont call back. I am so mad. They want me to pay $400 to fix it, when it is 4 months outside the warranty and it's 100% their FAULT!!&#160;They will not help me at all. There has been many issues with this. Both stores told me that HP should of done a recall but never did. I have called 6 times and have gone as far as I can up on the escalations and they will not help me. HP HAS BAD...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
