I quickly turn it off and call customer service. I got help in my first try and they told that they would sent me a new printer in a week. Great customer service. A week went by and i did not see my printer. Call them back and they told they had lost my information and could no sent the printer. I got them the new infomation and got finally got my printer in three days. finally install the new printer just to find out that, it uses ink like crazy just print a couples pictures and the ink cartrige was empty. kodak claim that the printer uses very little ink when printing pictures and the cartrige only cost $10 for black and $15 for color but I spend more than any other printer I own. finally stop buying ink for it and stop used it.  </p>...
