My mother in law buys it for my husband and me for easter year year. I have used there roadside assistance a few times and it does take them awhile to get to where you are for help, I usally wait about an hour before someone gets to where I'm at. Not too happy with that. Last year they did raise there rates quit a bit when my mother in law renewed our membership, she was not happy with that. Not too many places I go where I get 10% off prices. Not really sure I would spend my money each year for membership if I had to buy... Had progressive for 7 years and never able to bet there price or come even close to there price. This year a couple of companies bet there price and erie was one of them with the homeowners insurance I got a really good price. I also looked into erie before I signed up with them and jd powers had really good reviews on them....
