They were the only insurance company that we did not have to fight with to collect payment. That was when I decided to change my current insurance to them. When my car was hit while parked we had to fix it through Liberty Mutual since we didn't know who did the damage. Not only did our policy NOT go up, we took our car to the body shop that we chose (not affiliated with them) and had no problems collecting. Recently their home insurance rates went up and we were notified way in advance of the increase just in case we wanted to find a different insurance. Their customer service does an amazing job at getting you as many discounts as are possible. After over 7 years they never cease to amaze me.... I called I was told 1 hour for a tow. One Hour later no tow truck. Called back I was told 45 minutes. 45 minutes later no tow truck. I have written them multiple complaints and have gotten no response. So I decided not to renew my membership it is a waste. I had them for over 6 years and the one time I needed them I never got a tow. The best part is that I was in my own county which means I had priority...I wonder how they treat people from outside of their own county.... I just got married so it's only two of us. But no one sells beef and other products in small enough servings and when they do, the prices are outrageous. This helps me buy bulk paks and freeze smaller servings so that I can take them out and use them without freezer burn. Yes, you got it, NO MORE FREEZER BURN. YAY! The only bad part is that since it's just the two of us and I haven't gotten the containers yet, I don't buy enough to use it every week....someday :o)... It's great on my sink and stainless steel though. You don't have to scrub too hard to get it to work properly which is awesome. Smell is a little weird at first. Be careful to make sure you wash everything out...otherwise you can be poisoned by it...I guess that's why it works so well. :o)... It makes the coffee super hot which I have found to be a problem with other Delonghi coffee makers. However, on occassion I have found water underneath my coffeemaker which is weird. Doesn't do it all the time, but for some reason sometimes it seems like it overflows. Overall I love it though....
