vvskgn says "Waste of money!" about The First Years Breast Pump

I hate to write negative reviews but I want to protect other people from making the mistake I did. Please don't buy it. We wanted to buy an electric pump and bought the one which is not the cheapest but costlier than that. the pump literally worked for only a day. We bought it from Target and they said no returns. We were in dire need of it as I had a C-section and the baby had to be in the nursery to be treated for an infection. Eventhough the hospital had an electric pump we thought we will have one in the room so that it can save me a few trips going back and forth to the nursery just for pumping. Well, now I think thank God there was as a hospital pump. We literally used it twice and it stopped working. First of all, very inconvienient design. The pump was of a "T" shape. You have to hold the pump in the middle since it was dual pump. It was a very weak powered motor. A product which has been launched in the market w/o being tested properly is my conclusion. So please...

vvskgn says "I would recommend it!" about Farmers Insurance

We have had Farmer's insurance for some time and in between switched to AAA thinking it might be lower but they were not consistent. Our agent is a great and caring man. He has been very helpful and in AAA we found that we didn't get that personal service nor was it good. With a name like AAA you would expect it to be low and nice but Farmer's insurance has proved to be better than...

vvskgn says "Not fare to old customers" about Dish network

None of the companies around value old customers! Why is that? Once you become a customer you become one without any value what so ever. — — I've been a dish customer for more than 5 years now. I have referred lot of people to Dish. They all got deals with the DVRs. I called them saying that I wanted one and they want to charge me atleast $130 or so. While the new customers are paying just like what I am paying but with a free DVR. How unfair is that? I love all other aspects of Dish network. They have good selection of channels, good international line up etc. I also don't understand why they charge $5 for every down grade you do. Only way to avoid that charge is you add a channel and simultaneously tell them to cancel the other channel you don't need. — — I am amazed at the ways they find out to squeeze money out the customer. Not only dish, its cell phone companies, phone companies...

Awesome product. Not just the cucumber scent, the unscented, lavendar and grapefurit are all great. I love this line of 'Method' products. I try my level best to use as much Environmentally safe products as possible. They are affordable.
vvskgn says "The best of the best!" about Aveeno Daily Moisturing Lotion

I have heard that this product is good from reviews and my Co-sister but I wasn't convinced until I tried it. It is the best available in the market. It mild, yet effective. No harsh chemicals. Good for kids too. I am not writing it just because I've started to try it. I've using this product from this fall onwards and not once I had to reapply like the moisuturizers I've used. — — I am really happy and I hope more people benefit from this product. — —...

vvskgn says "Best and comprehensive Indian cookbook ever" about 1000 Indian Recipes

— Neelam Batra's book is one of the greatest books out of all the cookbooks I've. It is not for beginners. I was born and brought up in India and I come from a family of excellent cooks. I am Chef myself. I've come across so-called Authentic recipes and you see half of the Indian cook books out there are not even spelt right. Writing and compiling 1000 recipes is not easy and that too, doing everything right and great tasting, is to be appreciated. — First of all, to come to this book, you need to know the basics of Indian cooking. You also need to know about Indian spices. There are no photographs. I see a lot of beginners cry about books without snaps. I too would wish that if I am not familiar about a cuisine. So its understandable. If you want to try cooking Indian food, try some simple books. You should graduate in your knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices and cooking skills to come to this book. It is also an excellent book for...
