I bought it from home depot for great service and warenty coverage. I have kids and allI do is laundry. This washer like my last that a GE. The only time I have ever had a problem is from over stuffing with towels that the baskett broke away from the main piece and became very loud. Even then it still worked and the repair was a cheap one for less than 75 bucks includeing the service...
