vernalwoman says "Great Freebie! " about Gevalia 12-Cup Coffee Maker

I have used my Gevalia for years, and I think it is a great coffee maker...Easy to keep clean, and reliable. I am not a major coffee drinker, but when I want it, Gevalia delivers. I actually broke the first carafe, and called and they sent another whole machine, for free!! I thought that was AWESOME. And I like the coffee, too. The creme brulee rocks my socks.
...

vernalwoman says "Fascinating" about 300

I didn't/don't know the history or story behind this movie, but I thought it was great! I am a Gerard Butler fan, and totally wanted to see it because he was in it. But I was impressed. The story was good, I got sucked in. I have heard some call it "unrealistically filmed" "computer generated" and what have you...but I still thought it was excellent. I would definately see it again, and will!

vernalwoman says "Yuck." about Colonial Park Diner - Harrisburg, PA

I agree with the previous post-er - that this diner sucks! I was there twice. The first time, there was hair on the gob of margarine on my toast, and the eggs were runny, and cold. I felt sick after eating. I tried a second time, and stuck with tea. The place has the potential to be nicer, and really should clean up, being that they are in a prime location, and still smoking for those who smoke. They could make a killing. It needs a little more attention to detail inside with the decorations and what-not, it is boring and blah. The wait staff did seem unenthused. One of the pros also is they are one of the only places in the Colonial Park area that are 24 hours. They ought to clean up their act!!
...

vernalwoman says "Necessary" about The Original Makura Buckwheat Traditional Pillow

My husband first saw these pillows on an infomercial, years ago, when we were first married. I laughed at him for getting "conned" and figured it was just a passing thing. Well, that Christmas, we recieved 2 pillows from his mother, and let me tell you...I cannot LIVE without them. I have recieved compliments from nurses when I took them with me when giving birth to my 3 children...they go on us with every trip. They support you nicely, conforming to how you want them. They are warm in the winter, cool in the summer. I like how they smell! We had to use different cases, since we have had them so long. I am sure it is time to replace them, but I will definately buy them again!
...
