vaughn58 says "The Brand You've Always Trusted!!!!!!!!!!" about Johnson & Johnson Baby Lotion

I remember when I was a little girl, my mother always used Johnson & Johnson Products with us. My sister had allergy issues and Johnson's was the only product that didn't break her out. And of course when I became a mom, it was natural for me to use Johnson & Johnson because their reliable, they care about what you but on your baby, I found it was the same great product to use. Now I'm a grandma and with no know surprise, Johnson & Johnson is a favorite again! There's something about that smell that just brings back memories and I love the way it makes the skin feel. My husband had to have surgery last year and to my surprise, they even use it in the hospital. Well, no wonder, it has a great smell, it makes the skin feel great, it goes on smooth and it's hypoallergenic. Its a brand that has little change and that has been trusted for years with many years to come. There are a lot of different products out there on the market today but anyone would be foolish to think that...
...

vaughn58 says "It's like coming home! The brand that you can always count on!!!" about Kenmore 400 5.9 cu. ft. Capacity Electric Dryer

After our experience with our New (when purchased) GE washing machine, we decided that when we needed a new dryer, we were going back to Sears. We purchased the Kenmore 400 series dryer a few months back and we love it. Our other dryer was also a kenmore but was over 22 years old. It was old and taking longer to dry things, you also worry about older units being a fire hazard. So we decided to purchase a new one. Oh what a great decision. It dries the clothes in have the time. My wife has a bad habit of washing to big a loads, but the dryer can handle it. It has an extra large compacity drum that in one word is AWESOME! It runs extra quiet, you don't even know that its on until the buzzer goes off, letting you know the load is done. And for some reason you don't have to use fabric sheets with it all the time, because it doesn't seem to produce static cling. That's the strangest thing I've ever seen. We are so pleased with our dryer that there are really not enough...
...

vaughn58 says "Windows, if it aint broke, don't fix it, why vista why??????????" about Microsoft Vista Home Premium

In the past I have used several of the Windows programs, such as Windows 95,98, 2000, and even XP, none with any great problems, they're all a little different but all compatible. I had to purchase a new computer for my home and unfortunately, you guessed it, it came with the Vista Home Premium Edition already installed on it. Now, none of my prior software programs work with vista, and if you're communicating with another program or website that does not run vista then you're SOL. It freezes up on you, this is the 2nd time I'm writing this review because my computer just froze up in the middle of it. Its a pain to use, also annoying, have to be asked constantly for permission to do the simplist jobs. I've never had this many problems with a program before. I consulted a computer GEEK and he told me that for $50 he can take that crap off my computer and install Windows XP for me, I really think that that's what I'm going to do. It will be cheaper to pay the $50 than to have...
...

vaughn58 says "I've never seen a Product work Soooooooooo Well" about Comfortis

We have tried just about everything there is out there for fleas, with all bad results, nothing seemed to work until we tried Confortis. My wife took our little guy to the Vet last summer for his shots, and just happened to mention that she was at wits end with the flea situation. And last year was a really bad year. They recommended Confortis, we had never heard of it before then, but we will never use anything else after this.

We have tried Frontline Plus, Advantix, Hartz, Dips, Shampoos, everything. The liquid stuff, all it does is make a greasy spot on his back and nothing else. Dips only work for a week, if that and shampoos only work for some of the ones that are on him at the time. Every night, my wife would spend a good hour searching for fleas on Maxwell, she actually got pretty good popping them between her finger nails.

BUT, since we started using Confortis, NOT ONE FLEA, it's like a miracle. I'm so glad that we learned of this. I would tell the whole world about...
...

vaughn58 says "NOT WHAT IT'S CRACKED UP TO BE!!!!!!!!!!!!" about GE Washer

Very disappointed in this product. Paid $400 for this thing, thought at the time we bought a half way decent washing machine, especially sent GE has been around awhile, well I guess we were wrong. Just after the warranty ran out, we can't get just cold water out of it, we have to watch that the warm water doesn't turn to just HOT mid fill and now the on button (which is attached to the main board, of all things is PLASTIC) I had a service man take a look at it and the main board alone is over $200, he told me that it would be a waste of money to fix this machine, that I would be throwing good money after bad machine. By the time I pay for the part, (main board) and the labor plus a service call, I can almost go out and purchase a new one, that again would be under warranty. So, I'm gonna wait awhile, then replace it, if I don't shoot it first. But I know that I will NEVER buy a GE washing machine again!!!!!!! The last one we had was a Sears, for over 20 years, I don't know...
...

vaughn58 says "Works Greaaaaaaaaaat!!!!!!!!!!!" about Microsoft Windows XP Professional w/ Service Pack 2

My computer at work has the Windows XP Professional software on it, it's a little different than all the other windows programs but they're all compatible, all the prior software works with it, no need to modify anything. It works greaaaaaaaaaat! I had to purchase a new computer for home, my old system had the windows 2000 on it, and now my new one, unfortunately has the VISTA Home Premium, which is not worth crap. I'm going to have a computer GEEK change the software on my computer to the Windows XP Professional, Windows XP is the only program to have. My computer at work runs so much better and faster with the XP version. Web browsing is so much faster with less headaches. It is so easy to use, a child could do it. We haven't found it to have any issues when communicating with other computers or websites. Every computer should have this program installed on it. Why microsoft ever felt they needed to change to another program is beyond me. I feel it was the biggest...
...

vaughn58 says "Bigger really is Better" about Acer P Series 22" LCD Monitor

The Acer 22" proves that going bigger is defineately better. Getting the bigger screne was the best investment that I've ever made. For years I've always had those small monitor screnes. You know the ones that after awhile they make you squint. I had to purchase a new computer for my home, a couple months back and it came with a 22" Acer monitor. I'm on my computer alot and it's so much easier on the eyes. I would never go back to a smaller screne. I don't find myself squinting anymore and I don't get the headaches like I used to get when working with the other small screnes. I've been very pleased with this product and I would have to recommend this for everyone, especially if they have to be on their computer alot. I also love the picture quality and color, it's so clear, the colors are so vivid, it compares to my digital tv, its hard to believe that it's a monitor. If I could I would thank acer for making such a great product.
...

vaughn58 says "Got us to where we were going" about Magellan - Maestro 4000 GPS Navigation System

Magellan - Maestro 4000 GPS Navigation System does the trick. It gets you to where you are going. It's great for the long trips especially if your going somewhere that you've never been to before. It can be a little annoying at times, but it still works none the less. We recently took a long trip down to Florida, had no idea how to get there but it took us all the way with no problems. It's nice not having to stop at a gas station to ask for directions like we used to have to do. It could use more updates though on actual places under the searches but other than that it works just the same. It could be a little easier to use as far as typing in addresses etc, takes a bit too long to program. We only purchased it recently so that we could have it for our trip, it is defineately worth the money we spent. In the long haul, it is a time savor. We ran into construction along the way and it had re routed us with no problem. WOW!!

...
