usrhlp says "What an amazing laptop, I love it" about Dell D510 Laptop

I have had this laptop for 2 years now and it is still as good now as it always has been apart from the chassis fan not spinning as quietly or as fast as it used to.

This laptop gets a lot of abuse, distributed software applications, music, virtual machines, programming, website refreshers, hibernation and of course Windows Vista.

The only time this laptop doesn't get a lot of hammering is when i am at home at a weekend and there is no internet connection!

It is always on and has been since the moment i got it. I have done 4 firmware upgrades, 2 memory upgrades to 2GB and 3 hard drive changes. I now have a 160GB laptop drive at 7200 RPM and it works fantastically, I have changed the CDRW to a DVDRW and upgraded the firmware and have had no issues. Instead of the default windows XP i upgraded to Vista. Everything was detected as default and works fine. There are 4 USB ports in the machine and each one works at the same time. fantastic!

1 PCMCIA slot, firewire., serial, pararrelle, monitor, network......

usrhlp says "Good software but it really WASN'T ready for release." about Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition Full Version OEM for PC

I have been using Windows Vista since the day it went RTM. As a Technet subscriber i get access to all the MS software as soon as they release it so i was eagerly awaiting Windows Vista so i could spend the weekend installing it on my new 160 GB laptop harddrive!

I promptly downloaded the Ultimate edition (all 4GB of it!) and Office 2007 Ultimate (another 4GB) and set about installing it at the first opportunity!

The installation seems to be a lot faster than XP, however this could be due to the faster harddrive and DVD ROM drive that I installed the day before.

Windows was finally installed and I realised that to run everything i needed i would need more memory. 2GB was promptly ordered and installed the next day.

Everything was much better and i finally had a usable machine again. After 2 weeks of using Vista i found it very confusing and most of the software didnt work intuitively. Windows XP was straight forward and Windows Media Player was easy to use. With Windows Vista this has all changed......

usrhlp says "They work wonders for a cold" about Sanatogen Multivitamins

There isn't really much to say about this product, it works well and gives you your full input of vitamins in a single pill. It will keep you healthy and ensure that you are giving your body everything that it needs to function well. The vitamins come in different sizes ranging from 30 to 60 to 90 tablets.

They are yellow and rugby ball shaped.

It is always best to buy slightly more expensive vitamins as they have a chemical in them to allow the body to absorb them. Cheaper vitamins don't have this and the vitamins pool in the stomach and dont get absorbed....
