HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Took a flight from Omaha, Nebraska to Baltimore, Maryland (home at the time):

After a major accident on an interstate prevented me from arriving to the airport on time for my flight, the gate agents refused to put me (and aparently 150 other passengers) on a later flight without first charging a "mandatory" $100 change fee. I ended up paying the fee, and was put on a flight out the next morning. I wasn't home, so I had to get a hotel in another city ($200/night). The next morning, I boarded my flight, and sat on a non-airconditioned plane on the flight line for 3 hours! We were offered drinks, but at $1.00 a pop (for soda). For some reason, which I have to this day not figured out, we pulled back in to the gate. We sat for another 20 minutes, then de-boarded. An hour later, we re-boarded, sat on the flight line for another hour, and then FINALLY took off. Once we landed, I had to reschedule my connecting flight (since we were delayed previously for......

I love this thing! It definitely has helped when I didn't know where I was going. There was no computer time to type in addresses or anything on mapquest or yahoo maps. I just plugged in where I was going, and it was able to find it, the address, and phone number! The voice is also nice so I don't have to take my eyes off the road in particularly tricky road conditions....
