      <description>This site is great for quick and easy &quot;what's new&quot; in diet foods, healthy recipes for everyday foods that ACTUALLY taste good - amazing, and for practical advice on what really is worth buying in the diet section of the grocery store - and what's not.&#160; I haven't seen another site that actually says &quot;don't buy this unless you like eating cardboard - the taste is terrible.&quot;&#160; I'm glad they are honest and they have quick easy-to-read tips and ideas.&#160;... </description>
