I have been customer of this bank since 2003 and I really loved them. Recently I have been dealing with financial difficulties and was trying to work with the bank to reduce my minimum payments and my high interest rates. The lady at the customer service was very mean and simply did not want to help me. I kept telling her that I am unable to pay them $650 in minimum payments and if there is anything they could do. She just kept telling me, that it is what it is and that is all about. It has become that much because I was late 1 day on the payment twice in a year, but it was only 1 day and they increased my interest to 28%. It really put me at the edge. The lady would not transfer me to her boss or credit department. I was so pissed. I ended up having to file for bankruptcy. Two months after I stopped paying my rep called me and tryed to work with me on reducing my payments. I had to tell her, that it was too late and I already in the process of filing for bankruptcy since they refused...

I have recently experiences what was called open your free checking account online! The process was super easy at first untill it got very complicated. The absence of communications has made it very difficult to know where I stand with my accounts. Trying to set up my accounts online was very bad. First it said that I needed my pin to set up my accounts. When I got my pin and tried to set up my account, it told me that i was already assigned login and password, that I have never recieved. Tried to set up for bonus points and it told me that my card was inelligible. It drove me absolutely nuts. I ended up going to the bank and yelling at them. The lady was very nice and I wished I just went to bank to open my accounts. They should have a big warning for online users: "If YOU ARE TRYING TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNTS ONLINE, PLEASE BEWARE: THIS IS PAIN IN THE BUTT!!!!!!!!!"

I love this product. The first time I switched to contact lenses I had very difficult time finding the right ones due to my astigmatism. I really wanted the once that you could wear for extended period, even when sleeping and there was only one available. It did not fit me, though. So I ended up with regular prescription that were only for the day time. They finally came up with this Air Optix Astigmatism and I fell in love with them the first time i put them in. They fit perfectly, they don't move too much. My eyes do feel a little dry sometimes, but eye drops help instantly. My eyes are dry because I work on the computer all day long. I can see much better and clearer with this contacts than with the once I had before. I recommend them to try to everyone who has problems trying to find the right fit. I am glad i did! They are not that expensive too.

I love the customer service i receive from Allstate. They assign you to the local provider and they can answer all the questions. Evey time I call my representative he finds ways to save money I spend on the insurance. First he suggested that I add my home insurance to Allstate, that decreased my auto policy. Then I was searching online for an old car insurance. My representative called me and said that it is the cheapest to add this car to my existing policy. And he was right, I could not find anything cheaper that what he had to offer. Right now I do not have any deductibles because I did not have an excedent in the past year. I think they are great, and very proactive. If they find savings, they will call you to discuss. I love them and will never switch to anyone else....
