It is very simple and easy to follow, not to complicated. I can mount it in one car and easily remove it to the other. I use it everyday for just about everywhere I go. Even when I have directions or am going somewhere I've been a million times, Its still good to know the best route to take at that time of day. This tom tom is perfect for long road trips, I haven't been lost since I got it. I can remeber how miserable I was having to stop in a foreign area at some small little service station to try and ask the women with no teeth which way to go; all she could do was mumble "map" and point to the rack of maps. I was really lost then, I didn't even know which map to buy. this is a perfect unit if you aren't all technically knowledgable, very easy to use and simple. at the same time it gets you to where you are going with all the perks of any other gps</p>...
