      <description>We got Farm Bureau Insurance because it was a great discount.&#160; We added a vehicle to our policy but NEVER got cards or information for the vehicle.&#160; I called and they promised repeatedly. (over 6-8 months)&#160; They assured me I was &quot;legal&quot; anyway.&#160; Then we bought a new vehicle and before I could call them to enstate a new policy (we were waiting to sell and cancel another car)&#160;the agent used our information and put a policy on the vehicle without ANY contact or approval.&#160; This would have cost us hudreds of dollars more and we were on an automatic draft.&#160; The paperwork showed that my husband approved it and he knew nothing about it!!&#160; In the &lt;em&gt;long&lt;/em&gt; process of trying to get correct coverage on the new van and still get the first&#160;vehicle insured they managed to insure two other cars and drop the insurance on the new vehicle (causing us to violate the agreement with the bank).&#160; I talked to the head underwriter and still nothing was done.&#160; After many other visits, I finally went into the...... </description>
