(over 6-8 months)  They assured me I was "legal" anyway.  Then we bought a new vehicle and before I could call them to enstate a new policy (we were waiting to sell and cancel another car) the agent used our information and put a policy on the vehicle without ANY contact or approval.  This would have cost us hudreds of dollars more and we were on an automatic draft.  The paperwork showed that my husband approved it and he knew nothing about it!!  In the <em>long</em> process of trying to get correct coverage on the new van and still get the first vehicle insured they managed to insure two other cars and drop the insurance on the new vehicle (causing us to violate the agreement with the bank).  I talked to the head underwriter and still nothing was done.  After many other visits, I finally went into the......
