tracijackson1 says "Freak of the Mind." about Criss Angel Mindfreak

I am not a fan of Criss Angel, i prefer David Blaine. Mindfreak just does not seem real to me. If it is real, I do not think the stunts are worth attempting. I have tried watching his show because I love A&E, but I just cannot get interested in them. If you like them, great, but they are not for...

tracijackson1 says "I replay this book in my head as if I have seen it as a movie." about Echoes

Danielle Steel starts my imagination engine and this book revved the engine. I enjoy World War II stories and this like DS The Ring was real to me. I have never read a book more than once, but I kept seeing this book in movie form, I had to reread it just to remind myself that it has not been made into a movie, yet! — It starts off with a Jewish family Germany taking a vacation in Switzerland, and one of the daughters stays at the hotel while the rest of the family is on an outing, she decides to take a walk and meets a Frenchman, they begin talking and both realize their families would never allow them to see each other, although they do try, everyone is polite but all is rejected and as their love grows, they go home with their families to their home countries never to forget the other. When the Jewish girl's father tell her she is to marry, she denies him and runs off to meet her Frenchman who is also forbidden to see her. Her family sits Shiva for her, for, to...

tracijackson1 says "Bought before I watched it." about Finding Neverland

I read the back of the DVD case, and knew I had to buy this movie. I was impressed with the whole story line. J.M. Barrie was a great play-write, and this was his best play- Peter Pan. It reminds us that men do think like children and it takes a real man to make us women realize we too still have childish imaginations, we just have to find them. — The Davies boys were such a huge part in the making of Peter Pan, and their ailing mother helped Mr. Barrie show all of them Neverland and whats it like not to grow up. I think one of the most compelling parts is when James Barrie realizes the oldest boy's childhood slipped into adult hood- he made you feel that he (and you) could actually see it happening. — Peter too, was a great play-write, I loved the play he wrote before his mother had a horrible coughing spell and he destroyed it. — If you have not seen this movie, but have seen Peter Pan- watch this and discover another side of Neveland from your adult...

tracijackson1 says "My Signature Scent." about Clinique Happy Perfume

This scent makes me feel Happy whenever I wear it. The smell is light, airy and genuine. It has a soft after scent when you walk away, I am told, it keeps the people thinking about you. I hardly ever change scents but when I put this one on at the department store I knew it was my new Signature Scent, and purchased it immediately, that was four years ago, and nothing has topped it yet. I do enjoy Happy Heart and Happy to Be, but not as much as Happy. Enjoy and be...

tracijackson1 says "Paris from a chef's view." about Ratatouille

This was a great movie about a mouse who did not fit in with his family. He was a connoiseur of fine cuisine, and his family who were rats did not appreciate the finer things so they ate what ever trash was available. Remy, the mouse would sneak into houses and steal food, one night he saw a cooking show and watched it and started reading the cook book wrote by the chef and realized "any one can learn to cook". He was seperated from his family and found himself in Paris. He wandered into a kitchen and was appalled by the garbage boy doctoring a soup after he spilled most of it and Remy decided that he would fix the soup and it was a hit by the customers. The garbage boy was given the task of making the same soup over and knew he would not be able to, and was frightened, Remy introduced himself and they worked together learning how they would manuver with the Little Chef under the garbage boys hat to remake the soup. It all worked out and the best dish...
