      <description>I started using vonage because the service was priced well and had a lot of options that came along with it. After repeated call to there costumer service about echos and low call volume they never came up with a good solution for me . So i switched to a triple play package offered by my cable company and call to cancel my service. When canceling they gave me the run around for about an 30min. Then asked me if i was still wanted to cancel my service and that i would have to pay a service fee of $200 for&#160; the early termination charges. I said no so they told me that i need to wait till august to cancel my service then. So i waited and when august came around i called back they did the same song and dance as last time and told me i had to wait till the 1 year anniversary date of my service. So i did and when i tried to cancel my service on the date they told me to call back. They billed me for the next month use and told me that i have to pay a 39.99 cancellation fee.
