Unfortunately it has become a bit crowded and crazy to get on to the planes. The last flight I took back from Vegas felt like I was going to get mauled getting on the plane. Everyone pushing and shoving to get on the plane first. I have not flown Southwest since that flight. Once you are on the plane it is great it is just the process it takes to get on the plane.... They have managed to keep their fares low while still providing unbelievable customer service. Their frequent flyer program is fantastic. It does not take a ton of miles to travel on their airlines. I travel quite often for work and always try and book my flights on... The company is always going out of their way to help out customers. I love that I can fly into a city and no that Enterprise will have low rates and pick me up from the hotel. They have new cars and make sure they are well taken care of. I am always impressed by their employees. They really try to make sure that everyone is taken care of and leaves happy. — ... For some reason everytime I fly with them I have a bad experiance. My mother in law flew with them recently and had to make an emergancy landing due to the engine having issues. Something always seems to happen that makes the trip take to long and it never goes smoothly. It is nice that they offer the video screens during the trips though....
