tictac200322000 says "Love Kay's Service!" about Kay Jewelers

I have been a customer of kay jewelers for 3 years now. and i have always received great customer service. i am not saying that i have never had a problem just when i do, i do not take it out on the sales people. they are just trying to do their jobs. besides if i came in with an attitude i deserve to get one back. but i am nice to them and they bend over backwards for me. even when their repair shop messes up my ring for the 3rd time. its not the sales reps fault they dont personally fix my rings, they depend on someone else to do their part. and i know if they could strangle the repair shops manager neck they sooo would. but they are so helpful to me. i feel bad for bad for them now reading all these ratings. how tough their jobs must be to deal with a bunch of spoiled brats. my advice for the great sevice that i get is: be nice, you will get a lot farther. just put yourself in their shoes how would you like to be talked to like you are scum....

tictac200322000 says "Much tougher than even the governator!" about FURminator Large

I have a Norwegian Elkhound, one very compact, highly intelligent, gorgeous and HAIRY dog. She has both a long coat and a very prolific downy white undercoat that seemingly sheds 24/7. It's got a cotton ball texture; tufts of it stick out, and if you pull it, you get a pouf of very soft white down that is guaranteed to stick to you and everything in its path.
My former regimen was to use a rubber curry brush for the long outer coat, and (the part I hate), an undercoat rake. No matter how much I brush her, I'm covered with hair, and there's a grocery bag FULL of hair. It's an hour to two hour task, and as much as I love my dog, a huge, hairy nuisance!

When I got the Furminator, I was impressed with the heft of it. I bought the large size with the idea that it'd be that much less effort (generally speaking, the small size is the cheapest, but it's so small, it would take forever on anything but the smallest or unhairiest dog. And the difference in price between the medium and large is, at most...
...

tictac200322000 says "Rawhide!" about The Blues Brothers

The Blues Brothers is a 1980 musical comedy directed by John Landis and starring John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd as "Joliet" Jake and Elwood Blues, characters developed from a "Saturday Night Live" musical sketch. It features musical numbers by R&B and soul legends James Brown, Cab Calloway, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles and John Lee Hooker, and car chase scenes.
The story is a tale of redemption for paroled convict Jake and his brother Elwood, who take on "a mission from God" to save from foreclosure the Roman Catholic orphanage in which they grew up. To do so they must re-form their rhythm and blues band, the Blues Brothers, and organize a performance to earn $5,000 to pay the tax assessor. Along the way they are targeted by a destructive "mystery woman", Neo-Nazis, and a country and western band - all while being relentlessly pursued by the police, and eventually the military and a SWAT team.
...
