Its seems I am always on a diet. I am a firm totally believe in diets and excercise but I cant seem to commite to them. I will not take diet pills or teas or anything that that. I feel that stuff is joke. But I dont like excercising and ice cream is just so much better then celery sticks. I know I use my own accentives to actually get out there and do it. I may have to be put on thyrod meds but I am so against any type of medication I figured this could be my self motivation. If I push myself enough to bring up the numbers I will not need to be on the meds. That has been working for me. I am actually making myself go out and walk and do excerise. I will tell myself when I feel lazy that If I fall behind I will have to get on the meds and I dont want that. I guess everyone needs their own motivator...mine isnt the little poka dot bikini it is meds. So my biggest advice is find that one thing that will push you.

I like this machine. I know there are a lot of other machines out there that try to get you to spend more money but I have been satified with this product. When I go out shopping looking for a new machine it is important to me to look for price, what features it has, and color. I dont think it is nessary to go and spend 100.00s of dollars on a "better" machine. I hear people say that the most expensive product is the best. Well I dont agree. I feel that if it is a sound product name like kenmore and other popular names thats what we should go by. I would not go out and spens lots of money on a name brand I didnt know. I will stand behind some of my name brands. I would tell my friends to get this machine. If they want something that can hold a lot of coffee and you can get a nice expresso what else do you need? That sounds like a perfect machine to me. Something you can have for years and not worry it will fall apart after a few uses.
