Good customer service.

Like the cash back (they need to keep that) Enjoy being able to get a check back please Discover don't get rid of that option.

Like when they offer incentives.

They do care about being a customer and satisfaction if you talk with the right people.

Regular Customer Service sometimes are not so good.

They need more training in the regular customer service area so you feel more satisfied as a customer when you get off the telephone with them.

You do have to watch their fees and rates.

But the executives are wonderful they are professional, friendly, efficient, a pleasure to do business with because of them would recommend to others.

Had to call twice and both times got terrible customer service.

The interest rate too high and they don't even try to help you.

Customer service were not professional at all. Matter of fact they did not even answer the telephone professionally.

Would not recommend.

Fabulous products, fun to wear, comfortable.

The t-shirts so comfortable and fun and you feel good cause it says "Life is Good"

The towels are very very big and soft and so makes you feel good it also says "Life is Good"

The sandals are so comfortable and fun and I even put them in the washer on low and they came out great!

The Customer Servce is terrific, they are friendly and they stand by their products.

Would like to see them come out with a night shirt that says "Life is Good"

Called and got good customer service that was friendly, efficient, detailed, made sure I had all my questions answered with no pressure to buy right away.

Easy web site also and did not have to wait long for customer service to answer a question I had.

Seemed to have good prices on the web site also.

Usually very good service. Like the cash back by check option but it going away. You can still get cash back in credt to your account, or direct deposit or gift certificates.

They handle request and disputes very quickly and credit your account quickly also which is good. Enjoy having Discover

Wonderful car, reliable, sporty, good customer service

Would like it a Royal Blue color with dark interior and the seats need something in between because things fall down there al the time. They should ask a women advice on what they would like to see in a car.

Looks great on, feel good looking when wearing it. Comfortable.

Easy to wash and dry.

Wonderful, excellent customer service and saved money too.

Good coverage, best thing I did was get this phone.

The customer service people are always so helpful, courteous and really go above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer.
