textyke says "I've had 4 providers and T-Mobil is absolutely the best" about T-Mobile

I've had various cell phone providers from California to Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois, and now Texas. All the others were mediocre compared to T-Mobile. Each had its own good points but none had the customer service that T-Mobile provides. To get a free phone a contract is required but as each contract term is met you can get another free phone. I let my grandson enjoy the use of a phone on our family plan and got an astronomical bill. He is a video freak and had downloaded many games and professed to have no knowledge of a payment required for each one. I called T-Mobile customer service to see if anything could be done and they cancelled all but one. What other cell phone provider would do that? Prior to T-Mobile I had a different provider and prior to a cross-country trip I asked if I had to pay roaming charges. They assured me I didn't. After the trip when I received the bill each call had a roaming charge added to it. I called their customer service and was...
...

textyke says "The Lasko Silent Room Heater Model 5620 is amazing." about Lasko MODEL 5620

I received this Lasko Model 5620 Silent Room Heater as a replacement for a recalled oil filled heater. I had no idea this could heat a room as efficiently and quickly as the oil filled heater. Wow! Was I in for a surprise. Not only is it thermostatically adjustable but it is also programmable in one hour increments from 1 to 8 hours or can be set to run continuosly. It has performed so perfectly that we no longer use our central heating but use a second Model 5620 in our bedroom. I plan to order three more and completely eliminate our central heating system which sucks up electricity at an unacceptable rate.
...

textyke says "The Blounce Dryer Bar is one of the best new products I've used." about Bounce Dryer Bar

Using the Bounce Dryer Bar is much easier than putting in a dryer sheet each and every time the dryer is used. Then there's always disposing of the used dryer sheet which frequently sticks to an item of clothing and finds its way to the clothing folding area. Now I have to find a place to dispose of it when I'm busy folding clothes. A time consuming job. Plus an added benefit is the clothes seem to smell fresher using the bar than when a dryer sheet is used.
...

textyke says "Not bad for an older model camera" about Aiptek - DV5100M Digital Camera

My Aiptek - DV5100M Digital Camera was purchase about 10 years ago and is still working perfectly. It does both video and still pictures plus works as a webcam. The zoom is a 4 times zoom and is quite useful. It records 640 X 480 MPEG-4 video and has a 528MB CF Expansion Card capability. With the 1.5 '' LCD display and TV/VCR output there are a lot of things that can be accomplished. At the time I purchased it the cost was in excess of $100 but I got it on sale and at the present time it can be purchased for as little as $29.95 direct from AIPTEK. If it has any fault at all it is that it uses AA batteries and they tend to expire in a short time. I usuall carry extra with me and use rechargeables of 2500 mAh which last much longer than the best alkaline I've ever used. It also comes with tripod (which is quite delicate and must be used very carefully but it does work) and a carry pouch, lanyard, USB cable.
...

textyke says "Great multi-function machine for the price" about Brother MFC-3360C InkJet Printer

The Brother 3360C ink jet multi function printer is the second Brother machine I've purchased. The first is still operating but in a second computer room used by my son. Both machines have functioned flawlessly. The Brother warrantee is outstanding. The first machine had a problem with the print head after about a year and a half. I called the company to see how much a new print head would cost and they said the warrantee had been extended to a two year term. They covered all costs for replacement at a local Bother authorized center. New cartridges were even installed. I have used both for all three functions (copy, scan, and fax) and found them to be very easy to understand. The ink I used is purchased online and has not caused a problem thus far. The first machine was a 3220 and the second is a 3360. The 3360 has a larger paper container and is my preferred one for making copies. I have faxed to a lot of places including overseas and have always been pleased...
...

textyke says "A vacuum with real power not just noise" about Dirt Devil Breeze Bagless Upright Vacuum

The Dirt Devil Breeze Model #0858U7HD Bagless Vacuum has a reasonable price and does a better job than the larger more expensive vacuums. I previously sold Kirby Vacuums and found this Breeze to do a better job of cleaning. It is a rather loud vacuum but in this case the noise is justified by the powerful suction. Emptying the dirt cup is a breeze (pun intended) and cleaning the filter is also easy. I remove the dirt cup from the machine by pushing one button and tipping the cup forward, take the dirt cup outside to the trash can, remove the filter, empty the cup and tap the filter on the side of the trash can to remove the entrapped dirt. Then take it back in and snap the cup back in place. Easy, fast, and clean. The vacuum is not self propelled and if there is a negative that would be it. I bought it during a Christmas sale at a local store for $39.95 and found it to be well worth the price.
...

textyke says "The Dirt Devil Cone vacuum is simply amazing for the price" about Dirt Devil Cone Vacuum

The Dirt Devil Cone Vacuum is quite the deal. It's small, light and quite powerful for its size. Initially I bought it as a joke more than due to need. Now that I' ve had it for awhile and have used it I find it quite useful. After I've vacuumed an area with my normal vacuum I use the cone for the edges and picking up anything I've missed with the large vacuum. If I had to find a negative it would be the cleaning of the filter. it is very accessible but not that easy to get clean. I've found that a can of compressed air works wonders though. You won't go wrong if you're looking for a small, portable, rechargeable picker upper. And it even works as a night light. I found it in a Big Lots store for $12.00. Yes, that's right $12.00 and yes, it is new and in the original box. Most other reviewers seem to have paid more but I guess my buying it as a joke paid off for me.
...
