      <description>The monitor has an orange night light that gives a soft glow to the room, unlike most nightlights which can give off a harsh white light.&#160; The range is very good--my back yard is overa quarter of an acre and it works everywhere with it.&#160; The channels sometimes get crossed with some of our neighbors, but that is easily fixed by changing the channel.... </description>
