I had been drinking coffee made in a drip coffee maker for years. One day i read an article on how to make the perfect cup of coffee, you needed 4 things, fresh cold water, good whole bean coffee, a grinder and a French press coffe pot. I bought a Bodum French Press and a grinder, followed the very easy procedure and in about the same time it takes to brew a whole pot in a drip maker I had the VERY best tasting cup of coffee i had ever had.

I would recommend a Bodum French Press to ever coffee lover out there.

I recently recieved this toothbrush and i want to say , "I LOVE IT". I will have to admit that i use to be one of those people that thought paying over $10 for a toothbrush was crazy but even though this toothbrush is WELL over that price it is worth every penny. My favorite and maybe the most important feature is the UV sanitizer, this sanitizes up to 2 brush heads at a time killingh 99% of the grems that grow on your toothbrush daily.

I had tried to quit smoking by going cold turkey a countess number of times. These attempts were very short lived and I was in my car heading to get a pack of cigs usually within 24-36 hours. When i decided to try chantix i researched it online and talked to my Dr about it. Chantix isnt cheap but i was fortunate enough for it to be covered by my prescription medicine plan. I started the medicine and made a big mistake, you DO NOT want to take it without eating first, it will make you sick to your stomach if you dont. I actually threw up when I took it on an empty stomach.The first few days you take it you still smoke and then you stop and continue with the medicine, they recommend 12 weeks of being in the pill. I also got online support, each day i got an email in the morning that takes you to the GETQUIT site. here they ask if you have taken your pill, if you have smoked and to rate your urge to smoke. it keeps track og how many days, and how much money you have saved by not buying cigarettes.......
