      <description>&lt;p&gt;I purchased a Proforma XP 550e&#160; two years ago and I have to say I don't regret my decision.&#160; At first I was a little anxious. There were so many treadmills on the market that I had no clue where to start.&#160; So I started asking family and friends for advice. This led me to Sears where my aunt had purchased a treadmill. She swore this was the best treadmill for the price and performance. So of course I had to listen to her. I really did not want to start a family drama by not heeding the advice of my elders. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;So anyway, I purchased the Proforma ( buy the extended warranty) and scheduled a time for delivery. I paid the extra cost to have someone drop it off and assemble. If you don't have the time or patience, eat the cost and have them do the assembly for you. It will save you a lot of aggravation.&#160; Once it was up and working, I have been walking and running ever since. You can choose to just walk, add inclines or try one of the programs included. It is very sturdy and durable. Nothing...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
