      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've been a faithful customer of Farm Bureau, and I am now totally disgusted with them.&#160; First of all, my son slid off an icy road and hit a telephone pole.&#160; His truck was totalled.&#160; It was a used truck with low mileage, and we had only owned it for about 6 months.&#160; We had full coverage on it, and I had to fight with Farm Bureau for over 2 months to try to get them to pay a decent price for the truck.&#160; The adjuster was not able to bicker over the claim amount with me, so I had to talk to his boss.&#160; I talked to this man a couple of times, but he was totally unreasonable.&#160; I spent weeks looking at other trucks that were for sale that compared with this one.&#160; I got all the information together to show the adjuster's boss, but still he would not talk to me.&#160; Then I decided to go over his head to the next level of management, which just happened to be the CEO.&#160; The CEO wouldn't speak to me at all.&#160; It got so bad that when I called, the receptionist knew my voice, and she would lie...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
