I ordered two cameras from urbanoutfitters.com. And they sent me the one in a timely way. That was a good thing. Notice I said they sent one. Not Two. The second they told me was on back order . Ok  I thought I can deal with this. But then after two weeks of still no email or camera being sent to me. I decided maybe i better call them. Now the poor girl on the phone was really nice. But she informed me that the supplier wasnt going to provide them with any more cameras and that there was anything they could do so they canceld the order on me. Without an email to let me know. I was so upset. How can that be , so i asked for the supervisor. They were unavaible at the time , and promised to call me back. That was friday , its now monday still no phone and no Camera.... I use this store to buy new phones and pay my phone bill. There always so friendly and helpful. I just recently bought a lg phone , I didnt like it. I had to return it the thing was horrible.
