sully3186 says "Love this place" about The Melting Pot - 'Bedford, MA

The Melting Pot is a national chain that serves fondue. It's a great dining experience. The menu is expensive, but well worth it. The cheese and chocolate courses are fantastic, but not for those watching their weight. It's a romantic night out, but I highly recommend "Girls Night Out" on Tuesday. You get a great price break, a free cocktail and an excuse to get out of the house with the girls. Be prepared to be at the restaurant a while, the entire dinner (3 course) can take three hours. If you like to dine and dash, don't make reservations, but if you want a chance to talk casually over dinner and drinks this is the place for you. The cocktails run around $10, but they are fantastic! Go for the pomegranate martini and for dessert the chocolate fontini....

sully3186 says "Truly Man's Best Friend" about Golden Retriever Dog Breed

If you're looking for a great family pet or a loyal friend, you will find what you're looking for in a golden retriever. I can't say enough about this breed. I had a golden, Delilah, and she was the sweetest pup I've ever known. These dogs are great for families. They are happy, energetic and loving. True people lovers, they are great with kids. I would not recommend these dogs as watch dogs though. They may alert you with a bark, but they're more likely to show a thief the family jewels rather than wrestle him to the ground. Goldens are very intelligent dogs, they learn quickly and are eager to please. They are often used as working dogs because of their intelligence and "people skills." They grow from a fuzzy plump puppy into a medium size dog. They do require a lot of coat care and are prone to hip dysplasia. If you wont be home all day and don't enjoy going for long walks or runs a golden may not be for you. One word of caution....pure bred goldens are often inbred, which can result......

sully3186 says "LOVE THIS SHOW " about Golden Girls

The Golden Girlsis one of the best shows to ever have been on television. These veteran actors have truly mastered their craft and comedic timing. The show tells the story of four women in their post-menopausal years living together in Miami. The women prove that even if you're not 20 something, you're sex life does not have to suffer. Each character goes through everyday trials from finding a job to finding love and the show also touches on more serious issues such as sexual harassment and AIDS. Bottom line...great show, great comedy, definately worth picking up on DVD! I promise you will laugh and fall in live with these women....

sully3186 says "Not the best cruise line out there" about Carnival Cruise Lines - Fantasy

I went on a family trip on Carnival Cruise Line and I was not impressed. Our cabin was subpar at best. The A/C did not work and it took forever to get fixed. As soon as the A/C was finally corrected, the toilet broke. It would not stop running and it was not fixed before the end of the cruise. We had to deal with the noise of the bathroom, which kept myself and my family up all night. I would not recommend this line for a family vacation. It seemed like a line for college kids. There were tons of college kids on board. They were drunk and routy until late in the night (or early morning) and nothing was done to keep them quiet. The smell of marijuanna filled the hallways and there were cigarette butts outside our front door in the morning. If you're a 22 year old looking fro a fun spring break this line is probably for you. If you're looking for a family trip or a romantic getaway - look elsewhere....
