The worst customer service I have ever experienced. With all the frustration after the storm with tring to find honest contractors and working and living in an apartment while having to work on my house myself, only one time I recieved 1 common sense solution from a manager which I almost had to beg for. Stay away from this company. I did not choose them they bought my mortgage from a broker. So be sure you know who is buying your mortgage. If they were in my area I would have paid them a visit and probably would have been arrested for the first time, because I would have gladly committed assault on one of those smug disgusting jackasses.  ...
