The first one that was delivered had a broken side panel and you felt like you were sliding off the bed. We final got the company (Mattress Firm) to replace it and the second one was delivered with body impressions. They refused to exchange the second one. So if this is the quality of the Simmons BeautyRest and the atitude of Mattress Firm. Do not buy from Mattress Firm or buy a Simmons.</p>...
