sravani says "It works..." about Honeywell Fan - Stand Fan - HFS-641P

The fan works just fine and the remote and timer are nice features. However, this fan is very very loud! The low setting sounds like the high setting on most fans and it is a bit stronger than what low should be. The breeze option is more annoying than anything. It seems to work by turning the fan on and off... I guess because a breeze isn't constant? This would probably be fine - maybe even nice - if the fan wasn't so loud! So the fan gets soft then loud, soft then loud. It is not a feature I wiil ever use because of this.I also purchased a Soleus fan with remote for my roommate. I bring them both up, because they are both terrific fans depending on your likes. The Honeywell is very powerful and moves a lot of air; this fan is louder because of it. The other fan is much quieter, but doesn't push as much air. I am happy with mine because I don't mind it being a little louder- and in my case with my window facing a well travelled road the sound is enough to drown out the traffic noise, while...
...

sravani says "I LOVE this vacuum cleaner" about Bissell 3760-1 Lift-Off Revolution Turbo Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum

After doing some searching and online reading, I decided to go with the Bissell Lift-Off Revolution Pet Vac when the time came for me to replace my 11-year-old vacuum cleaner. I knew I wanted an upright model with easy-to-change attachments as well as a bagless model. I saw this particular vacuum cleaner in a Target store one day and the pet aspect got my attention. We have a black-haired house dog whose little black hairs always seemed to be embedded in the carpet...even *after* I had vacuumed.

This vacuum is wonderful. It's picking up all kinds of carpet fuzz, dog hair, dirt, and other crud that the old vacuum was leaving behind. My carpets look and feel brand new after I vacuum. And the best thing - no more little embedded black dog hairs! The pet hair turbo brush also makes a huge difference on those areas where our dog likes to take his daily naps.

The cord is plenty long enough for me to not have to constantly stop and switch outlets as I'm vacuuming through the house. I haven't...
...

sravani says " This is nice cookware but you can do better..." about Calphalon Tri Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set

In purchasing my cookware, I tried several brands. I have an All-clad sauce pan and also tried out a Calphalon Try-ply skillet (along with a few others including copper). Well the Calphalon is good and if you got it as a gift you should be pleased. However if your out looking to buy a nice set, get the Cuisinart Multiclad - this is not the more common Classic Chef series. I got the Cuisinart Multiclad 12-pc set on sale at Dillards and I couldn't be more happy. The Cuisinart Multiclad is built the same way as the Calphalon Try-ply and All-Clad stainless. It has a nicer inside finish than the Calphalon, which means it cleans up better and sticks less. They all cook great but the Calphaon did discolor a bit. I'm just not impressed with Calphalon's products. If you want to go all out get All-Clad, But if you want a great set that cooks great, looks great and will last a very long time, get the Cuisinart Multiclad. The Calphalon isn't worth the extra money. This is nice cookware but you can...
...

sravani says "sony bravia" about Sony - BRAVIA 50" KDF-50E3000 1080p Rear-Projection LCD HDTV

I bought this TV back in November, I almost bought the upper level SXRD model but in the end I decided to stick with the cheaper version. Oh and was I ever surprised. I of course haven't been able to compare the two TVs but I just gotta say my image is nothing short of stunning. Watching movies from an HD source, or just watching HD sports is mind blowing. I just got a Wii and hooked it up via component cables and I don't think I have ever seen Wii sports look that good.
The real surprise though, something which some reviewers have complained about, is the SD image. I was prepared to grimace every time I watched something not in HD, thankfully that is not the case. I watch a lot of classic movies on TCM and other cable movie channels and I have to say I am very impressed. Especially when watching an older movie the image is surprisingly sharp. This TV seems very very very similar to the upper level SXRD version (as far as features, image quality etc.) are concerned and if you are a little...
...

sravani says "Looking for good set" about Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 8 Piece Cookware Set

I had received this set for my Birthday from a friend. When we unpacked the set we noticed the 8 Quart pot was scratched on the interior. This made the non-stick aspect of the pot worthless. I gave the pots back to my friend and he returned them to Amazon and had a new set sent out. When we received the new set the 8 quart pot again had scratches inside the pot. I thought I would contact Calphalon to inquire about the damage and see what they had to say. I called the Calphalon customer service number but was on hold for so long I gave up. In retrospect I would spend the extra money and stay away from the non-stick surfaces with teflon coating which are prone to scratch easily. If you get the Calphalon One Infused-Anodized pans which you will never have to replace let alone deal with the lack of customer service. Remember the old saying "you get what you pay for." I don't think these non-stick pans will look very good after a years worth of use. If you do choose to buy these pans examine...
...

sravani says "kitchen aid cookware" about KitchenAid Cookware

really very good..can be washed easiy and nice set.I did quite a bit of research, trying to find a good but "reasonably" priced cookware set. When I read the reviews for this KitchenAid set, I thought I would give them a try. I LOVE THEM!!! I used them to cook Christmas dinner and couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase! Clean up is an absolute breeze!!!! It truly is non-stick without using oils or butter. The only downside is that food does get stuck in the rivets, which is the only time you have to use a little elbow grease to clean these pans.

Overall, I'm 100% happy with the price, the look, the weight and the performance of this set. I love the stay cool handles. I quickly tossed my old set (which had become far from non-stick) and am cooking up a storm. I have to admit, on my old set, I always used non-stick spray. When I read the KitchenAid directions, that came with these pans, it said NOT to use spray as it compromised the integrity of the non-stick surface. OOOPS! Lesson...
...
