sr says "Money cant buy the most valuable assets life has to offer" about The Game

This is one of the best action movies I have seen to date. The movie is filled with action and suspense along with the deeper message about waking up to life for the first time and letting go of control and emotional conditioning. Nicholas Van Orton was born into extreme wealth... and with that comes many expectations, emotionally conditioning and a life mapped out ahead of him. He is a wealthy, shell of a man who is numb to life expressed through emotions. Everything in Nicholas life is controlled and expected. What do you give a man who has everything that money can buy??. Well if he's your brother and money is no object, you give him the one thing he can't purchase. Another chance at life!! Eventually Nicholas completely loses his stranglehold grip on self control and is left with having to live through his emotions. This movie takes the audience through so many shocking twists and turns that even a hardcore...

sr says "A day in the life of a psychotherapist plus Hollywood drama" about In Treatment

For the most part this is a fabulous look at "a day in the life" of a psychotherapist and human psychology. I love to test my amateur therapist skills by watching the patients explain their feelings and issues and then play Gabriel Byrne's part before he can even react to the patient. Phenomenal casting, The storylines with Gina are the best. Great job Mark Walhberg as the Executive Producer. Im impressed. There is a bit of Hollywood drama invovled in some of the patients story lines that makes Peter's skills as a therapist questionable to say the least. I did not like the way he handled Laura's infatuation with him. There were zero professional ethics to that storyline! If he was such a great therapist he would have immediately recognized her infatuation with him was just a part of her illness and given her the help she needed instead of playing into her infatuation like a high school boy. Psychotherapists who abuse their power can do a...

sr says "This will AMP you UP!" about Adipex Appetite Control

Adipex is a mixed bag if you ask me. I took it on and off for 3 years. Initially I was looking to curb my appetite and feel more energetic due to a very stressful work schedule that had me working 13-15 hours a day. Initially, this pill makes you feel like you have an abundance of energy and optimism. It curbed my appetite. However, through sharing my experience of taking this drug with many others who also took this drug we all agreed that this pill will amp you up so bad that you are looking for solutions to get to sleep at night (liquoir, sleeping pills etc) even though all of us could only handle taking 1/2 the recommended dose! Then in the morning when you are still lethargic from the remedies you took to get to sleep the night before, Adipex instantly wakes you up and gets you ethusiastically ready for a new day. See the addiction taking form??? After a while these two extremes can really cause health issues. Almost all of the people I knew including myself...

sr says "A good Dermatologist will confirm what products are effective" about Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

A trip to a good Dermatologist will confirm that there are very few products out there that have an actual benefit for maintaining your skin. Spending money on fancy and violently expensive designer products that ultimately have no value for your skin is wasteful and non effective. Go to a top Dermatologist and spend the money you would have spent on the designer product to have this statement confirmed. Cetaphil is one of the recommended products of Top Dermatologists for face and skin because it does not contain hidden ingredients that dry out your skin or damage it like a lot of the other products. I have been using this product everyday for 15-20 years and my skin looks at least 15 years younger than my age. Im glad I questioned designer products long ago rather than being sucked in by advertisements with beautiful and famous women that hook you into to thinking you can look like them if you use the product they...

sr says "Through the good and the bad Family is still Family!" about Little Miss Sunshine

Little Miss Sunshine was a great story. It sure felt like a typical California family to me with so many complicated issues going on all at the same time. Each character had a unique sense of self and life issues that spoke to the audience at a Universal level. The vulnerability of each character living through their own personal challenges of life made it easy to relate even without having experienced their personal issues. In the end this movie is about accepting people for who they are rather than trying to make them what you want them to be. Its also a lesson of acceptance and unconditional...

sr says "Love is the only thing that matters" about The Illusionist

This was a wonderful love story! Edward Norton always gives a great performance no matter what role he plays. The set design and feeling of the movie added to the sense of mystery and intrigue. The era of the movie further adds to the beauty of the story. True love never dies as we see in this movie.
I hate everything representing that period in history EXCEPT that incredible actor Jonathon Rhys Meyer. Spectacular actor, extraordinary good looks..what more could you ask for. Catch him in some of his other movies....he is phenomenal. Too bad this one is about a time period when a lot of crazy nasty brutal things occurred....

sr says "Check out all your old favorite actors!" about Celebrity Fit Club

This is a great show if you like to see positive outcomes for celebrities that are willing to battle their weight and their demons in front of the TV audience! Srgt Harvey, Dr Ian and the rest motivate and support the celebrities through their journey to recapture their looks of a bygone era In the end its evident that STAR status does not provide them with immunity from the excesses of life that ultimately leads to the limitations and breakdown we see via the condition of the contestants on their debut. It so great from a human perspective to see them overcome their fears, insecurties and weight issues!...

This show is great! We were very surprised by the intensity of what goes on in the kitchen. It is reality at its finest and has us coming back every season for more. Gordan Ramseys other show (when he goes off to help ailing restaurants) has made us think twice about what it means to have an A rated restaurant! Its scary to think some of those eateries are given A ratings after Gordan has been there and exposed to all the world via the camera's the disguisting way some of those restaurants operate!!
sr says "Better than a salon job...or so I am told" about L'Oreal Feria

I have been using Feria by L'Oreal for years now. I alternate between salon visits to try and save money since I have to dye my hair every 2-3 weeks to be sure the white doesnt show!!! My hairstylist uses Goldwell products from Germany when she dyes my hair and they are very expensive but feel very damaging to the hair compared to the way my hair feels after using Feria. The Feria always looks silky and beautiful after I have used it. I get more compliments when I use Feria vs. going to the salon. The downside to the product is: Over time it no longer covers white roots and the roots eventually become lighter brown after using the product, even though I have used the "Deeply Brown" color. When this happens I have to resort to going to the salon and having a professional job done. The products my stylist uses covers the roots and allows me to go back to using Feria for at least another 2-3 months before having to go back to her. Another great feature of the Feria...

sr says "A terrific alternative to Expensive Anti Aging Products " about Burt's Bees Vitamin E Bath & Body Oil with Sweet Almond & Lemon

This is a fantastic way to keep your skin young without spending a fortune! I have oily and dry skin and it takes care of both issues, keeping my (over 40) skin looking fantastic. I have been using this for years as a makeup remover and a moisturizer. Its great for calming and healing the skin after IPL or microdermabrasion as well. Its has all natural ingredients that help promote healing that without the harsh chemicals (and often times alcohol) contained in most of the very expensive anti aging products found in Department stores....

sr says "The Greatest Nail Compliments" about OPI Nail Polish

OPI is the greatest way to get compliments anywhere you go. I have been a long time user of OPI and no matter where I go I get compliments on the way my nails look and the color. I go to the nail salon once every two weeks for the past 10 years. OPI has some of the greatest colors (not available through other products). Although OPI is a bit more expensive than other nail products, a bottle of OPI will last me at least a year and definitely outlast most of its competition in product coverage, consistency and color in that same year's time. I have purchased cheaper products only to have the nail color separate or get lumpy after having it for several months. I have never had that happen with OPI . This is definitely a case of " you get what you pay for"! —...

I love the convienence of using Clorox Disinfecting wipes. They are great for cleaning small areas in the home and to have while traveling because of their "self contained" packaging and the fact that they disinfect the surfaces that they are used on. There is minimal trash involved after the use and the container is capable of being refilled when its empty. They can be used for almost any surface except for wood or polished surfaces so they are a great solution for cleaning and...
