      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've heard about Weight Watchers for years and I always thought that it was old fashion or out of date. Then my sister in law lost forty pounds and I took a better look. It was what I was searching for for years!!! In my heart I didn't just want to lose weight I wanted to be healthier. I wanted to make a life change. Weight Watchers helped me lose weight, but it helped me understand why I was overweight in the first place. I was able to understand the reasons for my overeating. Watching out for triggers and planning ahead allowed me to feel in control of my life finally. I also had this preconceived notion that to get excersise I had to go to the gym and lift weights and sweat and be miserable. Instead, I've learned that I CAN enjoy excersise and I can make things I enjoy into excersise. For instance, I enjoy shopping so if I park waaay at the back of the lot, I can get a 15min walk in before I even get into the store! I know, it's obvious things but to hear them from one supportive source...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
