      <description>Target has for sometime had the policy of not allowing charities to be at the door of their stores. There are many charities that would be of benefit to the community if they were to be allowed. I guess my biggest gripe is they do not allow the bell ringers for the Salvation Army at Christmas. Also they refer to Christmas as a holiday season rather than to refer to it as Christmas. Congress and the President (more than once) has recognized... </description>
