smountney says "Makes a nice chair" about Ab Lounge

So I borrowed my ab lounger from my mom because hers was being utilized as a clothes hanger. I thought maybe i could give it try. The ab lounger as a sturdy design and is built well as long as you are below say 250 lbs (which I am). The lounger is actually quite comfortable and we use it often as an extra seat when company is over. The lounger comes with a training DVD, example menus, and work out plan which I found usefull if you actually follow them. I tried the lounger for 3 months with little results. I followed the work out plan and DVD but it still didn't seem to make my post-baby belly any smaller. The lounge makes it possible to "cheat" when doing the crushes by using your arms to pull up to a crunch vs actually using your stomach muscles. Maybe if I hadn't cheated so much I would have had better results. Overall, i feel it is like most other home exercise equipment available......They all become dust collectors at some point.
...

smountney says "Professional picture quality" about Sony - Cybershot T100 Digital Camera

This is the second Sony Cybershot that I have owned. The first one lasted us above 6 years until it was dropped a few too many times. That's when I purchased my 2nd Cybershot. I have a 21 month daughter and must have a camera to capture all of those special moments. The camera takes both digital pictures and video. The picture quality is excellent. The still pictures obtained from the videos aren't as grainy as previous versions. The camera is capable of taking HD pictures and video which is awesome. The black slim sleek design is fachionable and easy to carry in a purse or pocket. The touch screen design is wonderful and user friendly. I absolutely love this camera and I take it every where with me so with can record all of the special moments so nothing will pass us by. The large LCD screen and menus are easy to navigate. Lightweight and easy to use. The price I felt was reseasonable for such a high quality product.
...

smountney says "I know when you are sleeping....I know when your awake" about Fisher Price Private Connection Monitor with Dual Recievers

We recieved the Fisher Price Private Connection monitor with Dual receivers as a baby shower gift. The extra monitors are convienent and allow us to walk around the house or be in another room and have the monitor with us. The sound quality is good and is sensitive enough that I can hear my daughter breathing at night even though the monitor is on the dresser across the room! The sleek style is nice. Easy to operate. The battery lasts for several hours when not on the AC adapter. If the channel is lost the monitor alarms to allow you to check on the baby and the connection. We have not experienced any interference with the monitors except when the planes from the airport nearby fly too low. The monitors are affordable and I highly recommend them to other parents. The monitor features both light and sound responses so not only will you hear your little one screaming the monitor lights up in bright red. pretty.
...

smountney says "Not so itchy anymore" about Claritin Children's Chewables

I use the children claritin for my 21 month daughter who suffers from severe allergies. The Claritin did improve some symptoms but she still has a runny nose and crusty eyes all the time. However, due to her age this is the only FDA approved allergy med she can take so it will have to work..... The pills are grape chewables which she thinks the pills are candy so the must taste good and looks forward to her nightly "candy". I know you shouldn't let children believe that pills are candy but it's the only way we could get her to take them. We tried the oral suspension first but my daughter would fight tooth and nail to take it because of the taste. We ended up having more Claritin on us then in her mouth. I can purchase the pills at Walmart for about $17 for a twenty pack. So that's $25.50 per month on a drug that is not covered by insurance where I would only have a copay of $10. The pills are covered under my flex-spending account which is helpful.
...

smountney says "Dependable, Affordable, Handsome" about Toyota Tacoma - 2006

I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4 door TRD and I love it. Mine is Raceway blue with the hood scoop. The tacoma is dependable and rides smooth for a truck. The composite bed with adjustable tie downs makes transporting items easy. Just enough room for what I need. This is my 4th toyota vechile and the maintain their value compared to other models.
...

smountney says "I miss Jericho!" about Jericho

I loved Jericho when it was on TV and was so upset when it was cancelled. Yes, I was one of those people that signed a petition to have it brought back....which it did. Then it fell victim to the writers strike and was cancelled again. I love the story line and characters. It made you evaluate what you do to survive if that ever happened
...

smountney says "Our Dog hair hates it" about Dyson - Animal DC07 - Upright Bagless Cyclonic Vacuum

I bought the Dyson DC07 pet vacuum because of my hybrid wolf. He is constantly shedding his hair. We would have tumbleweeds of hair all over the house! We have carpet, laminate, and tile floors in our house and it works well on all surfaces. The extending hose is clumsy to use at times or that could just be me.I can't honestly say I use the attachments or even what there use for but atleast they are there if I do need them. The vacuum doesn't work well on thick piled rugs and will catch. We have not had issues with loss of suction but we do have to clean out the brushes on the bottom because of the amount of dog hair we vacuum up on a daily basis. The filter is easy to access and clean. The one touch buttom to remove the cannister is easy to use. You can empty the cannister without alot of mess. The machine is purple in color which is attractive and sleek. I highly recommend this product to animal owners.
...
