slickrickwhitfield says "Zune? Maybe not zo much...." about Microsoft - Zune (80GB) Media Player

I purchased the Microsoft Zune 80 GB Black MP3 Player a year and a half ago. I weighed the pros and cons and being that I have major issues with Apple since I have a PC, and having done some research on the Zune, I decided to buy one. Sadly, I've been rather disappointed in my purchase. You don't have the pinwheel like the iPod does, so you have to adjust to a directional pad that looks like one button and can be a bit sensitive. To reset it, there's no easy button, you have to hold down one of the two side buttons and up on the directional pad. That's a bit much to reset the device if it freezes up if you ask me. The lack of accessories and the higher prices of what little they have are a big detractor for most, though I don't need every little special tool. The worst part for me was how the Zune stopped functioning properly after just a few months. Though it was under warranty and the process for submitting it for repair is rather quick, I was sent a refurbished unit...
...

slickrickwhitfield says "Custom order southwestern food at it's best" about Moe's Southwest Grill - Chesapeake, VA

Being from the southwest, I decided to finally give Moe's a shot, mainly out of curiosity. While it's more of a fast-food type restaurant, they do make your food to order right in front of you. They have crazy names for their burritos, tacos, and quesadillas, like my favorite, the "Joey Bag of Donuts Burrito". Very affordable, maybe needing a little more kick to it, but definitely a good lunch choice if you like southwestern food....

slickrickwhitfield says "Great deal for a Vegas trip" about Budget Rental Car

Fast! Affordable! No hassels! These would perfectly describe my rental experience with Budget. I needed an economy car for a 2 week rental. I paid $350 for a Nissan Sentra. This was such a fast, roomy, and economic car. I think I want this car when I make my next purchase! Of course since I'm a Fastbreak customer, I had my car sitting there waiting for me as soon as I got out of the airport shuttle. And dropping it off was just as quick, just one look at the gas tank and the car, a quick punch of numbers, and there I had my receipt! Definitely worth the price, though it was very affordable considering how pricey it is to rent in Vegas!
...

slickrickwhitfield says "Great deal for the money" about Edgewater - Laughlin, NV

When I chose this hotel online, I was looking for something that was scenic along the Colorado River, easily accesible to the many entertainment options in Laughlin, and most importantly, was within my budget! Safe to say, this hotel met all 3. The bad thing was that the valet area didn't seem well attended, so I decided to self park, and it's a little bit of a walk to the hotel lobby. But once I got there, I was amazed. It was beautiful scenery in this hotel casino, definitely more of a southwest feel. The wait to the check-in counter wasn't long, though I did get there at 4pm, but it was nice to get there quick and get a room! For $56 for 2 nights, I got one heck of a deal! I've stayed at hotels that cost more than twice that and wasn't impressed, but this was amazing! Huge king size bed, plenty of room to relax and stretch out. Plenty of bath towels and clean sheets, though you'd demand that from most motels anyway. Not to mention the room was very close to the casino......
