sincadd says ""3:10 to Yuma" is worth owning just to watch Bale & Crowe act." about 3:10 to Yuma

I'm not usually that into Westerns, but "3:10 to Yuma" got my attention because of the great cast. I don't usually see movie just for casting, either, but Christian Bale and Russell Crowe are both guys that are really worth watching. I knew this was a remake, but I had never seen the earlier film, so I was just wanting to see if these two would bounce off each other in an interesting way. Did they ever! I will admit to a bit of prejudice where Bale is concerned (he's a hottie!) but Russell steals the show. His character is such a bad guy the bad guys are afraid of him, but he's just so damn like-able and charming that's easy to forget. Through most of the film he's trying to get the "good" guys turn bad and let him go. He knows just how to tempt them, he reads people so well. He really works his magic on the character of Bale's son. That kid is such an easy mark, and you can see him come to idolize the smooth talking bad man. This is, of course, very irritating to......

sincadd says "This HP 9810us laptop is the COOLEST!" about Hewlett Packard HP - Pavilion Notebook dv9810us (One Color)

I really LOVE this laptop! This is my 2nd laptop, and this one was on my wish list for a while before the other one died. The 17 in widescreen is sooo beautiful, everything looks great on it! Having the number pad is very convenient for those of use more used to a desktop machine. I was really unsure about going to Vista, but even that wasn't all that difficult. The LightScribe option is just fantastic for making those really special disks. Wireless connection is a snap anywhere with even a mediocre signal. There isn't a better laptop out there for the money, and HP support has been great helping me make the transition to Vista. I highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a great laptop experience....

sincadd says "The SanDisk Lil Monsta is the perfect player!" about Samsung - Lil Monsta MP3 Player

I LOVE my lil monsta! I had a Coby player before, and there is no comparison. This little unit does it all, plays mp3, short video clips, pictures, FM radio and has a voice recorder. It comes with 1gb of space and an expansion lot so you can add another 1gb. It's easy to drag and drop anything you want on it, and it remembers what you were playing the last time you used it. A terrific toy that won't clean out your savings account! Great sound and easy to use, lots of fun. What more could you ask for? Grab a Sansa c240 for yourself!...

sincadd says "Once you've had a pit, you'll never want anything else!" about Dog Breed American Pitt Bull Terrier

Anyone who is suffering from depression should get a dog! My doctor wrote a letter for me to get a dog licensed as a service dog. I just had to find the right dog. I chose a pit bull after much research on dog breeds and was surprised at how many people said these were such great, sensitive dogs. They make excellent service animals! They are very easy to train and want so much to please you that I truly believe you could teach them anything. My dog Ginger, a red brindle, goes everywhere with me. She loves to go shopping, and she knows the names of many places we visit regularly. She gets a fan club everywhere she goes! Before I had Ginger I didn't even want to leave the house. Now I love to take her out to see all her friends. She really opened up my world and my heart. I'm not sure any other kind of dog could have done that for me. Pit Bulls are the best!...

sincadd says "They don't make men like that anymore!" about 300

First thing I have to say is, I don't usually like movies based on comic books. I know, this is a "graphic novel", which to me means "a fat, pretentious comic book". After I saw the movie, I got the "graphic novel" from the library out of curiosity. The movie is way better, trust me girls! No love scene in the book. Gorgo barely gets a panel. She might as well not be there at all.

Anyway, since I'm too cheap to go out to the movies, and DVDs have all the nifty extras, I was really looking forward to this one. Big Gerard Butler fan here. And muscles. I really like lots of muscles! All the CG stuff, who cares? All stories got to have a STORY, right. How it gets told is secondary. Who's lookin' at the scenery anyway, there are MUSCLES! Not just great looking muscles, but useful, slo-mo fighting almost like dancing muscles. Scene 14. Need I say more?

While this movie is about the 300 Spartans giving all for their country, that is just on the surface. The real......
