<title>seor99 says &quot;Terrible Company with No Customer Service skills&quot; about Snapfish</title>
      <link>http://www.viewpoints.com/Snapfish-review-5be23</link>
<description>I had a terrible experience with Snapfish. I ordered a photo book to be&#160;shipped by the 15th of December. I paid&#160;for overnight shipping. When&#160;I did not get it&#160;I called&#160; customer service (outsourced to India)&#160; the rep gave me a line of bull and said&#160;that it would be here the next day. When it did not come the next day I&#160; again called&#160;the customer service number and again they said it would come the next day.&#160; Every phone call was the same. None of them would give me shipping information. They all said that they do not have access to shipping information.&#160;After many phone calls and me having to get very mad on the phone I Finally was able to get someone to give me a little bit of shipping information. I was told that It was going to come Fed-ex. I called fed-ex and they said that as of the 19th my book had not left snapfish's distribution Center in Utah.&#160;They Had my book the entire time!!!!! &#160;I eventually received my book&#160; 1 week later.&#160; Bottom Line is... if you want your materials...... </description>
