The Moen Model 7310 Legend One-Handle Kitchen Faucet in my kitchen lasted only about two years before it started leaking around the hot water handle and dripping hot water out of the faucet, and it was costly to repair because it required installation of a whole new faucet, which also lasted only about two years (my landlords installed the same one again). The plumber told me the new faucets don't have rubber washers to be replaced like the old ones did, because they are supposed to last "forever," but they don't. If that is true, I don't know what the solution about modern leaking faucets is. If it hadn't been for the leak problems, it would have been a great faucet.

The Roper side-byside refrigerator gets so hot around the doors when it is defrosting itself that you cannot touch it. The first one I had burned itself out in only one year; my landlords foolishly replaced it with the same model, and now it is overheating just like the first one.

Also, it is not very efficient, and is therefore expensive to run.

I actually first discovered this product when my cat had a cold that hung on and on -- I gave her some twice, and her cold was gone. Since then, my family uses both the children's and adult versions. It is safe, has no dangerous ingredients, and extremely effective and economical.

I think the reason I like this sparkling water more than other brands that come in plastic is that the plastic does affect the flavor of the water, and I can taste the difference in this water that comes in glass bottles. It is "bottled at the source, San Pellegrino Terme -- Italy," and is "very low sodium."...

Where I live, it is often hot and humid, and I like to use this as body powder to reduce stickiness. It contains cornstarch, aloe vera, vitamin E, tricalcium phosphate, and fragrance.It doesn't blow around in the air when you use it, so you don't have to worry about breathing it in very much. And since talc may be carcinogenic, the cornstarch is hopefully a safer alternative....

After trying more expensive biodegradable brands that don't work any better, I have returned to good old Ivory dishwashing liquid. It stays soapy and cleans well, makes the skin on my hands feel smooth, and the bottle is easy to handle. Sometimes I have used the natural cleaners from the natural food stores, but they cost a lot more and don't work any better....

This product easily removes seemingly permanent dirt from hard to clean surfaces, such as old flat paint and nubby refrigerator handles. It is tempting to overuse it because it is so easy and effective, but it is too expensive to use more than necessary. A cheaper copy version from Walmart fell apart almost instantly....
