I have had this card for a few years now. I will admit that out of all these type of cards, this one is the easiest to use, but... Customer service is really bad. I have had to call them to fix things on my account that I should not have to call on. They have canceled my wifes card with out reason or request 2 years ago and still can't seem to get her a new card.Our number was stolen at a radio shack pay point, used and after I called Vision to tell them and stop them from paying this over seas place where the charge was made ( it was in pending only ) Reported the card stolen, doing all Vision asked of me, they still paid the over seas charge. I am still fighting them to get it back. They canceled my cards and sent me new ones, and sent them to the wrong place!!! Now, it has been a month since the cards where canceled. I looked at my online bill and they have been charging me weekly charges showing a negitive balance on a card that I don't have and can't even put...</p>...
