      <description>I bought a laptop from them with a "rebate". A lot of little small print that you have to follow for the rebate. I called the company when I figured out I hadn't correctly filled out all the forms. &amp;mdash; &amp;nbsp;They wouldn't work with me in any way to try and remedy the problem. They customer rep talked down to me, so I asked to speak to a manager and he was even worse. &amp;mdash; The prices are low, but it's not worth the horrible customer service. If you search for Tiger Direct in google, #2 that comes up is tigerdirectsucks.org. I wish I had done that before I bought from them. &amp;mdash;... </description>
