A lot of little small print that you have to follow for the rebate. I called the company when I figured out I hadn't correctly filled out all the forms. —  They wouldn't work with me in any way to try and remedy the problem. They customer rep talked down to me, so I asked to speak to a manager and he was even worse. — The prices are low, but it's not worth the horrible customer service.
