rwillmore says "Not as fun as Sports" about Nintendo Wii - Wii Play

Okay, when I first got this, I had hopes that it would be as entertaining as Wii Sports. It is not. But, when you pay $40 for a wii-mote and this game comes with a remote for $50, its well worth it and understandable why this is one of the highest selling games for wii. That being said, its not as fun as sports. There is no real reason to play this when you could be golfing or bowling. The fishing is terrible. Air hockey is okay, but not much to it, just an advanced Pong if you will. The shooting game is alright, I'm interested to see if its better with the Wii Zapper. Most of the games are forgettable, but I'd get it for the wii-mote alone. ...

rwillmore says "All the fun of the carnival without the carnies" about Carnival Games ( Nintendo Wii ) for Nintendo Wii

Step right up and try to win a prize. This game is well worth the price, given that most carnival games are at least $3 these days. Play 20 different games and this pays for itself. plus you dont have to deal with the sketchy carnies and walking through the mud. Plus, you can actually win at these games. The multiplayer is good, but I wish you could select the games you want to play rather than having the game pick them. Also, I wish you could import you Miis to play the games. Rather, you have four players to choose from, and none of them are very interesting. Being able to use Miis, like almost every other wii game, would make this a 5 star game. But I have to find fault somewhere. Other than wii sports, this is my favorite party game, and is always fun to turn on when friends are over. I would definitely recommend to wii gamers....

rwillmore says "No need to go outside ever again" about Nintendo Wii - Wii Sports

What a great game and perfect inclusion with the wii. For those of you who dont have it, it is a must have. With 5 great games in one, the fun can last all night. Bowling is incredible, golf is better than being on the course, boxing is a sure knock-out, tennis is in full swing and baseball is a homerun. I wish baseball was more than 3 innings, but other than that, I can't complain about this game. Plus it is free, so who can complain about that. Invite your friends over, turn on the wii, and enjoy a night of sports on the wii....

rwillmore says "Mario is back in paper form" about Nintendo Wii - Super Paper Mario

I was a little wary entering into this new world of paper mario (I never played the original paper mario), but i was pleasantly surprised. The game play is great, and being able to jump from 2d to 3d is alot of fun. The use of the wii-mote isnt as integrated as other games, but it is helpful at times, and necessary at others. The game was a little difficult and some of the later levels, and takes considerable time to complete. Plus, after beating the game, you can replay other levels - which I havent taken the time to complete. With the recent release of Super Mario Galaxy, this game will likely get pushed to the back of the band, but its a game that should be picked up when its price drops....

rwillmore says "Great fun for the whole family" about Nintendo Wii Console

Great system, the whole family can use and the interactive ability of the controls adds a great twist to normal gameplay. Easy to use controls creates a system that can be played by gamers and non-gamers alike. While nintendo has been focused to younger game players in the past, this system is for young and old alike. Wii sports, which comes with the system, will have you playing for hours. Just be careful not to develop wii-itis....
