run2infinity says "Is that really him singing...YES!" about MDT as Elvis

Colorado has an Elvis Tribute artist that is "by far" the best I've ever seen. You can tell he loves the music and he is not one of those "fat Elvis" impersonators. In fact, you have to be in shape to wear the leather and his show is filled with the dancing and gyrations that made Elvis popular. You have to be in shape to do this show! — He does a tribute show that is about 30 songs and has multiple costume changes. He does not lip synch and he KNOWS the music. From his web site you learn that he has studied "the man" since he was old enough to read. His show is a tribute and is important to him to pay tribute and actually gets upset (I have spoken with him) if you refer to him as an impersonator. — Like Elvis, MDT as Elvis, has found that "giving back" and making a difference are great ways to enrich your life. Elvis was very philanthropic, usually anonymously, and MDT as Elvis has a special show called "Rockin' for the Pink" that has become a fundrasier for breast...

Pass this on to anyone you know who has been affected by breast cancer....wait, don't stop there! Pass it on to anyone who has faced or is facing adversity...trying to overcome a particular challenge and needs encouragement to move forward. — There is a lot on this site, and you have to look at all pages to understand the scope of what the author is trying to do...To Infinity and Beyond! —...

run2infinity says "Must see ... inspriring, motivational...did I say MUST SEE!" about The Ultimate Gift DVD

I had seen this movie at the movie store and it piqued my interest. I knew from how many were available to rent that it was an obscure movie, but they were all rented the first time I noticed it?! It wasn't until my 20 year old son mentioned it and gave it a good review "You'll like this one, Mom!", that I decided to make the effort to rent and watch it. — Now, you have to understand that this is not a movie that a normal 20 year old boy would watch ... or admit to watching. However; my son and I share a love for motivational and inspiring movies and books that have a message. Something that you can learn and use to "move forward" in life. We obviously love the "against all odds" theme and have quite a collection of movies that motivate. We are both athletes, but we also have dealt with adversity...have met the challenge head on, overcome ... beat the odds ... and daily strive for something to help us continue the journey with a positive attitude. — The Ultimate...
