If it can withstand multiple loads of towels daily, it can handle home usage. We have owned the machine for two years, keep up with the contracted maintenance schedule, and have had no repairs needed. Sears did a wonderful job with the installation and maintenance. The price was very reasonable. We had space limitations and this was the best choice for our situation.
